Experience: Mr. Kam is now the director of the Security Affairs Office at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, as well as an executive committee member of the Hong Kong Occupational Safety and Health Association.

In his early years, Mr. Kam followed Master Liu Ruizhi at the Hong Kong Vajrayana Esoteric Society. He was then the secretary of the Board in this institution, as well as the secretary of public relations for Master Li Riguang. He has participated in the translation of Counsels from My Heart by Dudjom Rinpoche, and the compiling works of lectures by Master Li Riguang, which are The Sweet Dew of Wisdom and The Extraction from Life and Death . He also helped with the compilation and publication of The Outlines of Common Senses in Tibetan Buddhism . He is now the Vice Chairman of the Buddhist Society of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a board member of the Zhiduhui Charity Foundation, and the Vice President of the World Youth Buddhist Society.
