A Tibetan Buddhist Master with World Influence
Having trained thoroughly in Tibetan Buddhist tradition, and with the wish to help more people understand the quintessence of Buddhadharma, Khenpo has been delivering the truth of life through modern approaches. He is a Buddhist spiritual mentor that has lectured in nearly 100 universities, including Harvard, Yale, Stanford, Gottingen, Tsinghua and Peking University.
In more than 30 years, he has earnestly guided people to take the tradition of study and meditation into practice; meanwhile, he has made full use of his spare time to translate scriptures between Tibetan and Chinese, and engage in charitable activities.
In recent years, in hope of improving the life quality of every being, Khenpo has hosted and attended multiple conferences and symposiums, and engaged in discussions with scholars all over the world on various topics, including interreligious dialogue, ethics and morality, environmental protection, world peace and the future of human development.
He believes that, the times have been changing but the purpose of Buddhism has never changed, so people can definitely find right solutions to modern issues, and this is worthy of bringing to attention.
Having received all sorts of compliments from the public, Khenpo responded, “I am just a teacher, a teacher who teaches Buddhadharma.”
